Homeowner Dues
- MVHOA5 Dues are $370 annually.
- Dues are billed on a semi-annual basis; May 1 and November 1 of each year
- Dues must be paid no later than June 15 and December 15, respectively
- Residents whose membership dues are not current will lose pool access until such time their dues are paid in full.
If you pay after Jan 15 and June 15, your extra costs will start rising:
After 45 days you will owe $234+ $10 late fee = $244
After 105 days late: $244 + 10% collection fee = $258.25
After 135 days late: $258.25 + $100 Lien Notice + $300 Lien = $658.25
After 165 days late, unpaid accounts may be turned over to the Association attorney for collection and/or home foreclosure
